API coverage

Every Bing Webmaster API method with its HTTP verb, read or write effect, status, and the bwt command that calls it.

Generated from the operation registry and the bwt command tree on main. Tests fail when a documented method has no command or when a command's read or write classification disagrees with the registry.

The registry is checked against the pinned documentation snapshot described in Compatibility: 62 methods, of which 57 are implemented, 2 are implemented as experimental, and 3 are never implemented.

Effect is behavior, not HTTP verb: read methods are allowed under --read-only; write methods are blocked. Experimental commands print a notice on every run: Bing still documents them, but a live check failed (GetSiteMoves returned HTTP 404).
